At the point of purchase, until registered on our website at www.javelinbipod.com/register your product comes with a one year warranty. Following registration of your Spartan product, any items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at our discretion for the practical lifetime of the product.
This is subject to provision of proof of purchase when applying for a warranty repair/replacement and is limited to the original purchaser only.
Damage caused through wear and tear, misuse of the product or neglect may be repaired for a nominal charge.
When asking for a warranty repair our customer service staff will look at the overall condition of the product, taking into account its age, level of damage/abuse evident, and the amount of use the product has seen during its life.
Although our products are built to exacting standards, and should provide many years of reliable use in the field, nothing lasts indefinitely. We will cover your product until such time we deem it to be worn out beyond reasonable repair.

If your Spartan Precision Equipment (UK) Ltd. Product is damaged or broken, please call our support department on +44 (0)1892 300220 (International call rates may apply from outside the United Kingdom), or email email@example.com for a returns number before returning the product. The warranty is dependent on the completion of the warranty registration card within 14 days of shipping, or providing original proof of purchase. It should be shipped in its original packaging, with the RMA number clearly marked on the packaging and correctly shipped to:
