Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of shipping.
We will only be able to accept unused products in original condition and packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not be able to offer a refund on any items not in original packaging or missing parts not due to our error.
Once your item has been received and inspected we will email you to confirm this.
Once approved your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Most refunds will be applied within 7 days of receipt.
We are unable to refund original shipping charges on returned goods.
We are also unable to offer refunds on sale items.

Please only send your return once we have acknowledged your request for a return by email. We have a separate return address for our USA customers within the USA.
When returning items we would ask that you use a suitable tracked service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
