What happens when I return an item?
Upon the return of an item, any points earned on the items returned will be deducted from your account.
What happens if I return an item that was purchased with an Agoge Loyalty Program discount coupon?
If you return an item purchased with an Agoge Loyalty Program discount coupon, the coupon will be returned as points to your account in the applicable amount.
How do I earn a $25, $50, or $100 discount coupon?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on eligible products. Each time you reach 500 points, you will have the ability to redeem a $25 discount coupon that can be used for orders greater than $100. If you have accumulated 1,000 points, you can redeem a $50 discount coupon that can be used for orders greater than $250, and at 1,500 points, a $75 discount coupon for orders greater than $499. You must be signed into your account.
Can I combine spending from multiple accounts into a single account?
We cannot combine accounts at this time and encourage you to use a single account for all transactions.
When do my points expire?
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program, such as redeeming points, placing an order, etc.
Will my previous spending be counted towards my current tier status?
No, only the spending you incur after registering for the Agoge Loyalty Program will apply to your tier status.
How do I cancel my Agoge Loyalty Program membership?
You may cancel your Agoge Loyalty Program membership at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon cancellation, any points accrued will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed, and you will no longer be eligible for program benefits.
Are there any product purchases that do not earn points?
Points are not earned on gift card purchases or for the amount of a purchase paid with a gift card.
