There’s no single “best” AR tripod for hunting. The right setup depends on your rifle platform, the terrain you hunt in, and the type of hunting you do most often. A lightweight AR-15 carried across long distances in open country places very different demands on a tripod than a heavier AR-10 used for predator control or precision shooting from fixed positions. AR-15 setups often pair naturally with our Hercules, while heavier AR-10 platforms are typically better suited to the added stability and flexibility of the Hoplite.
