Pent System Kit

The Spartan Quad Sticks can now be upgraded with an optional fifth leg, providing enhanced stability in the field. Constructed from lightweight, flexible carbon fibre, the fifth leg helps prevent the shooting sticks from tipping when a rifle is in position. It is fully height-adjustable and moves freely, with no mechanical adjustments required.

The SpringBok Tripod Head and Leg form the modular SpringBok Pent System Kit. By replacing the rear cradle on your Quad Sticks with the SpringBok Tripod Head, you can easily convert them into the Pent System, adding a fifth point of contact for increased stability.

Compatibility

Please note that this upgrade is compatible with newly purchased Spartan Quad Sticks that have not been permanently secured with thread-locking compound (Loctite). If components on your Quad Sticks have been secured with Loctite, please refer to the Product guide for installation instructions before attempting to fit the upgrade.

Is this Pent Kit Compatible with my Quad Sticks ?

The SpringBok Pent System Kit is compatible with all generations of Quad Sticks.

Before installation, please check whether the legs and joints of your Quad Sticks are secured with Loctite or adhesive. If they are, please refer to the Pent Kit Product Guide for the correct installation instructions.

How Much does the Pent system Weigh when assembled?

When the Pent Kit is fully assembled with the Quad Sticks, the complete system weighs approximately 3.5 lbs (1.6 kg). This is the total assembled weight, including both the Pent Kit and Quad Sticks.

What if my Quad Sticks come with Loctite applied to the components?

If Loctite is applied to relevant components on your Quad Sticks additional force may be required to break the bond. In some cases, carefully applied heat may also help soften the Loctite.

The Picture Says It All!

"I highly recommend the Quad Sicks and the 5th leg is a great addition! It is light and compact, fits easily in my gun case. Pull it out, set it to a height to use for glassing then unclip the legs and it is easy to setup for the shot. If you are a first time user I would practice different scenarios, like setting up, then picking up and moving, and then resetting up. I was comfortably making 750 yrd shots at the range. The Bull was a very quick shot at 150 yards. Great quality product!"

Same Great Quality as the Quad Sticks

"First of all, I want to start out by saying everything I have ever gotten from Spartan is well thought out and made with superb quality. That Pent system for the Quad Sticks is no different. Plus, their customer service is just as good as their products. I just received my pent system and added it to my quad sticks. Taking the rear cradle off was a little tricky but I used the hot water technique that they talk about in the instructions and was able to get it apart. Once installed the magnet closer still works nice and the 5th leg tucks in and is held in place by the lower clips so everything is still good and compact when closed. The 5th leg is not a clip on like you see with other setups it is securely attached with the same silicone connectors as the quad stick. I am really excited to get it out in the field and test it out. More to come after that! "
