Our Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time will be fulfilled the same day, and orders placed after that time will be fulfilled the next business day.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

United States (Domestic Shipping)
We are proud to say that domestic orders placed inside the United States are shipped with the following providers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The table below outlines the different service options and estimated delivery times:

Standard Ground 3 to 7 business days
Expedited 2 to 3 business days

    Customers based in the United States will face zero import duties.

    Our Returns Policy

    Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of shipping. We will only accept unused products that are returned in their original condition and packaging, and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note that we cannot offer refunds on items that are not returned in their original packaging or that are missing parts not due to our error.

    Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its acceptance. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Most refunds will be applied within 7 days of receipt.

    Please be aware that we are unable to refund original shipping charges for returned goods, and we do not offer refunds on sale items.

    To ensure smooth processing of your return, please wait for our acknowledgement via email before sending the item back.
