When I was told that the attachment system was the same as the Javelin Bipod, I was instantly sold. The Hoplite is lightweight and packable, but can hold a spotter and provide a shooting platform that negates the need for me to carry an extra bipod.

"I’ve been carrying the Hoplite for our entire deer season on my pack. Two bottom portions of two legs spun off while carrying. I recovered one and retraced thoroughly to find the other with no luck. Spartan’s customer service team responded promptly and replaced the entire leg for free within a week of contacting them ! I love all their products and run their bipods and now Hoplite on all my rifles. It’s a seamless system, lightweight but sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing to behold. "The Hoplite is a great alternative to my Javelin bipod. I needed a different platform for long still hunts and the Hoplite is the ticket. Small but mighty

"Coming from the world of full-height/length tripods, it was easy to see the Hoplite as an incredible addition to my hunting kit. Sometimes, you simply don't need longer legs for your spotting scope or rifle. Sometimes, a smaller tripod footprint makes more sense in rocky terrain or where you can snug up against the terrain for a smaller profile. This tripod is sturdy, incredibly adjustable, and modular. Recently, at the range, I used the same tripod on the shooting bench while zeroing for both my rifle and then my spotting scope. It wasn't long before the range master came by and asked about it. I'm looking forward to taking this to aoudad country soon. Thank you Spartan Precision for making an excellent tool for the hunter!"
