Overview

The Classic UIT Adapter enables our range of Spartan Javelin Bipods, Ascent and Sentinel Tripods, and Davros Heads to be attached and detached in seconds to rifles with UIT (Anschutz) accessory rails.

Installation Guide

Installing our Classic UIT Rail (Anschutz) Adapter couldn't be more simple.

1. Loosen off the screws and slide the back plate into the rail slot. (Longer screws are provided for thicker mounting surfaces.)

2. Slide the UIT plates into the grooves on your rifle, make sure the longest sides on the plates are 90 degrees to the rail wall.

3. Tighten to circa 4Nm / 32ft-lb

Adapter Orientation

The orientation of the Classic UIT adapter is largely down to personal preference.

Many users choose to install the adapter with the large cut-out positioned on the left-hand side of the rifle. When configured this way, and with the locking lever facing toward the target, the bipod will operate in "Hunt Mode", allowing the rifle to pan smoothly when tracking targets.
