Overview

The Q-Sert Adapter provides a simple and secure mounting solution for attaching Spartan accessories to compatible Q Rifles such as. The system is designed to be quick and intuitive to install, requiring only basic tools.

Installing the Adapter

Installing the Q-Sert Adapter is quick and straightforward.

Begin by placing the adapter into the desired Q-Sert slot on your fore end. Once seated, insert one of the supplied M5 screws into the thread and tighten clockwise using a 3mm Allen key to a torque of approximately 2Nm.

For a permanent installation, apply a small amount of thread-locking compound such as Loctite to the screw thread before tightening.

Adapter Orientation

The orientation of the Q-Sert MagnaSwitch™ Adapter is largely down to personal preference.

Many users choose to install the adapter with the large cut-out positioned on the left-hand side of the rifle. When configured this way, and with the locking lever facing toward the target, the bipod will operate in "Hunt Mode", allowing the rifle to pan smoothly when tracking targets.
