Overview

The SpringBok Quad Sticks Gen 2 provide a stable, dual-contact shooting platform, supporting the rifle at both the front and rear. This creates a highly stable, mobile shooting position in the field, adaptable to changing terrain and target movement. Designed for use in prone, sitting, kneeling, and standing positions, the system combines a MagnaSwitch™ front interface with a wide rear cradle, allowing controlled shooting with rapid repositioning when required. The included V Cradle also enables universal compatibility for rifles without a MagnaSwitch™ adapter.

Initial Setup & Cradle Options

The Quad Sticks come largely pre-assembled, with the MagnaSwitch™ spigot already installed. Only the rear cradle requires simple fitting. If required, the V Cradle can be installed by loosening the grub screws with the supplied torx key, removing the spigot, inserting the cradle, and re-tightening securely.

Attach the Rifle

Attach the rifle by inserting the MagnaSwitch™ spigot into the rifle’s adapter. The extended spigot design on the Gen 2 allows easier positioning of the rifle into the rear cradle without interference. If no adapter is fitted, rest the forend in the V Cradle. Spread the sticks and position the rear cradle against the buttstock. Adjust the connecting cord so both contact points align correctly for fast, repeatable deployment.

Adjust Height

For prone, sitting, or kneeling positions, keep the legs fully collapsed and adjust height using the flexible silicone joint. For kneeling or standing shots, extend the legs using the twist locks and secure them. For best performance, set the height to approximately chin level before entering your hunting scenario. The silicone system allows natural flexibility, reducing the need for further adjustment. Fine tuning can be achieved by repositioning the legs if required. The Gen 2 allows for users up to 6ft 5.

Storage and Transport

Collapse the legs fully for a compact profile. Use the magnetic closures at the top joints along with the mid-leg clips to secure the sticks for transport. The magnetic silicone closure system replaces traditional clips, enabling quiet stowage.

Leg Bumpers

There are 4 rubber bumpers on the Quad Sticks Gen 2, these prevent the legs touching or rotating, reducing unwanted movement and noise in the field.

Rear Cradle

The rear cradle provides 20m traverse at 100m range for you to track your targets. Beyond that, stow the rear of the Quad forward to make a bipod and rotate 360° on the front spigot. There is also possibility to run the V-Cradle on the rear so its more of a fixed position taking away the Traversing movement then relying on picking the sticks up with the rifle and repositioning.

Stabilising Binoculars

When paired with the Spartan Binocular Adapter, the Quad Sticks can be used to stabilise binoculars, providing a steady viewing platform while on the move.

Foot design

Stainless steel crampon foot is a clawed design for extra grip on terrain, especially useful for kneeling or wide-stance shots. A major upgrade over previous feet design.
