Before using your SpringBok Bipod, you will need to have an adapter installed on your rifle, unless you already have a gunsmith adapter installed. Please be aware the SpringBok Bipod does not come with an adapter on purchase. Please read the product guide carefully or contact us for assistance if needed. Here are some adapter installation guides to help you get started.
If this option isn't working for you, we have an article that looks at other options for fitting the Classic Rifle Adapter. View other installation options here.
Attaching and Removing the Bipod
Attaching the SpringBok Bipod to your rifle is quick and straightforward. Align the bipod’s spigot with the slot on the installed adapter and guide it into position. The integrated magnet helps locate the spigot and securely retain the bipod during use. To remove the bipod, simply pull the bipod downward from the adapter. This quick-detach system allows the bipod to be removed instantly when increased mobility is required.

Positional Adjustments
The SpringBok Bipod features a flexible silicone body reinforced with spring steel, allowing the bipod to adapt quickly to changes in shooting position. This design allows rapid elevation and pitch adjustments without mechanical latches or locks. As a result, the bipod can easily adapt to changing terrain or shooting positions. This flexibility makes the SpringBok Bipod ideal for fast-paced hunting scenarios, where shooters may need to transition quickly between seated, kneeling, or high prone shooting positions.

Leg Height Adjustment
The SpringBok Bipod uses a simple twist-lock system to adjust leg height. To adjust the leg length, hold the lower carbon leg section to prevent it from rotating. Using your thumb and index finger, loosen the collar by turning it counter-clockwise. Extend or retract the lower leg until the desired height is reached, then tighten the collar again to secure the leg in place. This system allows quick and precise adjustments while maintaining stability in the field.
Note: The twist-locking legs only require a half turn to loosen and re-tighten.

Feet
Each bipod leg is fitted with a steel tip and tethered synthetic boot to provide traction across different terrain. For softer surfaces or delicate ground, the synthetic boot can remain in place. If additional grip is required, simply remove the boot by gently pulling it off to expose the steel tip beneath.
Changing the Legs
The SpringBok Bipod uses Spartan’s M14 threaded leg system, allowing the legs to be removed and replaced easily. To remove a leg, rotate it anti-clockwise until it unscrews from the bipod body. The bipod is compatible with the full range of Spartan M14 leg options, allowing shooters to configure the bipod for different shooting environments and positions.
